Cancellation policy

This policy explains how subscriptions to usual work and how to cancel one. usual is operated by PierRidge LLC, 3943 Irvine Blvd #1087, CA 92602.

How Subscriptions Work

  • When you choose a subscription at checkout, you authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
  • Subscriptions renew every 28 days unless a different interval is shown at checkout.
  • The amount charged at each renewal is the subscription price shown at checkout. If that price changes, we will tell you before the next charge.
  • There is no minimum number of orders, no contract and no cancellation fee.

Renewal Reminders

We send an email before each renewal so you always know a charge is coming and have time to change or stop it.

How to Cancel, Pause or Reschedule

You can manage your subscription at any time in one of two ways:

  • From your account on usualnutrition.com, where you can pause, change the delivery date, change the quantity or cancel outright.
  • By emailing hello@usualnutrition.com or calling (949) 397-8383. We will action it for you and confirm by email.

Cancel at least 24 hours before your next renewal date to stop that order. Cancelling takes effect immediately for all future orders.

Refunds on Subscription Orders

  • If a renewal has been charged but has not yet shipped, contact us and we will cancel and refund it in full.
  • If a renewal has already shipped, our 60-day money-back guarantee applies to it.
  • Cancelling a subscription does not automatically refund past orders that have already been delivered.

Failed Payments

If a renewal payment fails, we will retry it and let you know. If payment cannot be taken, the subscription is paused rather than cancelled, so you can update your payment method and resume without losing your subscription pricing.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy by posting a revised version on this page. Material changes affecting existing subscribers will be emailed in advance.
